Registration deadlines and fees
The conference registration fees and and deadlines are as follows:
- Early bird rate: Regular (€ 550) ; Student (€ 350) ; Deadline: September 15th 2023
- Advance rate: Regular (€ 600) ; Student (€ 400) ; Deadline: October 15th 2023
- Onsite (late) rate: Regular (€ 700) ; Student (€ 500)
- Gala dinner conference participant: € 60
- Gala dinner guest: € 90
All fees include VAT (22%). Bank services and payment fees are not included.
Each registrant can present up to two papers.
The student status will only be considered valid after having presented an official university certification. If not valid the economical compensation will be charged on site.
Gala dinner is not included in the registration and can be added as extra services. Each registrant can purchase separately the Gala dinner for one guest.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and in any case, the entire amount cannot be refunded.
