Presentation template link

  • The use of the presentation template is optional
  • Presentation in MS PowerPoint format; PDF backup recommended
  • 10 mins to present and 3 mins for Q&A
  • Text, graphics, charts, table etc. should be clear and readable to all attendees
  • Videos and other media, if present, must be embedded in the PowerPoint
  • Bring your ppt file on a USB, presentations will be loaded on the room PC before the session starts

Virtual (Pre-recorded) Presentation Instructions – Submit by 10th November 2023

These instructions are for CONVR participants who cannot join the conference and present in-person:

  • Record an MP4 video of your presentation
  • Check the sound quality and make sure your audio is recorded and clearly audible
  • Video should not be longer than 10 mins
  • Name the file after your submission ID number from easychair + presenter surname, e.g., «205 – Rossi»
